At ShellZone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The original packaging is intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order ID)
  • The product is not from the non-returnable categories listed below

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order ID
  • Clear photographs of the damaged/defective product and packaging

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Wrong Product Received

If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free pickup and send you the correct item as soon as possible.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@shellzone.in with your order ID and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with pickup details
  3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your replacement or refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is approved
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI — please share your account details when raising the return request

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
  • For change-of-mind returns, a reverse shipping fee of ₹60–₹100 may be deducted from the refund
