Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Sundays will be dispatched the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders across most pin codes in India
  • COD orders may take 1 additional day to process for verification
  • COD availability is subject to your pin code — you can check at checkout

We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Ekart, Shadowfax, and DTDC, depending on your location and order type.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • An SMS and email with your tracking number
  • A link to track your shipment in real time

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of placing your order. ShellZone is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Undelivered Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours at support@shellzone.in. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue promptly.
